feat(workstation): 移除旧版bioyond设备配置并优化扣电组装工作站- 删除bioyond.yaml和bioyond_dispensing_station.yaml旧设备配置文件- 优化扣电组装工作站配置,移除不必要的子资源引用- 更新Modbus通信地址和端口配置- 简化CoinCellAssemblyWorkstation类的初始化参数- 移除冗余的deck资源创建逻辑

- 更新反应站配置文件中drip_back命令的位置
- 添加新的Modbus寄存器和线圈定义
- 移除workstation_base.py基类文件
