* Add LaiYu Liquid device integration and tests Introduce LaiYu Liquid device implementation, including backend, controllers, drivers, configuration, and resource files. Add hardware connection, tip pickup, and simplified test scripts, as well as experiment and registry configuration for LaiYu Liquid.
